By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

You must not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use it for fraudulent purposes or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the store or unfairly affects other customers.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.

Unless otherwise stated, sealed Pokémon TCG products are sold as new and factory sealed.

Factory-sealed collectible products are not automatically guaranteed to have flawless or collector-grade outer packaging unless this is specifically stated in the product description.

Individual trading cards will be described according to their condition to the best of our ability. Where photographs show the specific card being sold, those photographs form part of the product description.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit Pokémon TCG products.

If you believe that an item supplied by us may not be genuine or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. Applicable delivery charges and any other required charges will be displayed before you complete checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order. If payment has already been taken and the order is cancelled, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Before completing checkout, you are responsible for reviewing your basket, delivery address, contact information and other order details.

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance will normally take place when the physical order is dispatched or when fulfilment of a digital/in-game order begins.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious listing error has occurred, we reasonably suspect fraud or fulfilment would breach applicable law or relevant platform rules.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will not normally be dispatched or fulfilled until payment has been successfully authorised.

Physical orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Customers purchasing physical goods online may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Customers intending to return sealed Pokémon TCG products following a change of mind should keep those products factory sealed.

Breaking factory seals or opening sealed contents may significantly reduce the resale value of a collectible product. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced to reflect an actual reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Where offered, Pokémon Game Trades are digital/in-game transactions and no physical item will be shipped.

Product listings will identify the relevant Pokémon and, where appropriate, the compatible game or proposed fulfilment method.

Customers are responsible for having the compatible game, system, internet access, account, subscription or other requirements necessary to complete the trade.

We do not knowingly sell Pokémon that we know to have been generated, modified or cloned using unauthorised methods.

We may refuse or cancel a trade if we reasonably believe that completing it would breach applicable law, game rules, platform rules or create a security or integrity risk.

Where applicable, if you request immediate fulfilment of digital content or services during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask for the express consent and acknowledgement required by consumer law before fulfilment begins.

Customers may contact Voltage Collectibles about selling Pokémon TCG cards, sealed products or collections to us.

Contacting us, submitting photographs or receiving an initial valuation does not create an obligation for us to purchase any item.

Any final offer may be subject to inspection, authenticity, condition, quantity and agreement between both parties.

We reserve the right to decline any product or collection.

Promotions, discount codes or special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

The Voltage Collectibles brand, website design and original content belonging to Voltage Collectibles or Voltage Artists Ltd. may not be commercially copied or reproduced without permission.

Pokémon and related names, characters, artwork, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party brands are used for identification and product-description purposes.

We aim to keep our website available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for losses arising solely because a customer supplied incorrect delivery, account or Pokémon Game Trade information, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, website or legal obligations.

The Terms applying to an order will normally be those published on our website when that order was placed.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales.

Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights available to them under applicable consumer law.
